My MessageOn July 4, 1776, every human being on the planet was born a slave or the subject to a monarch, EXCEPT in America. With one sentence we changed the world. "We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights among those being the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." Fifteen years later, every founding document in the world, from the Magna Carta to the French Declaration on the Rights of Man were blueprints showing how the government could control the people, EXCEPT in America. The US Constitution is a blueprint showing people how to control the government. This is the original definition of American Exceptionalism.
Plan of Action
Fairfax County accounts for the largest population in Northern Virginia and is more than double the size of the neighboring counties of Prince William and Loudoun. Each of the Fairfax's nine (9) Supervisor Districts is larger than Arlington, Alexandria. Fairfax County alone could turn Northern VA from blue to red if we work together. I will partner with all America First/GOP Organizations to coordinate events and support Republican candidates and efforts.
Candidate Recruitment & Support
I propose to combine the resources in each Magisterial District to maximize the reach throughout the county. I will create basic candidate starter package which will enable them to hit the ground running with standardized, professional campaign tools. These tools will include a professional website, e-mail distribution list, business cards, palm cards, door hangers and tent signs and a network of volunteers.
I will refine and improve the district strategy we pioneered in the Providence District in the 2023 elections by adding real time early voting data to our walk-books. I will ensure each District has a motivated, active Chair who will ensure every voting precinct has a motivated, active Precinct Captain. I will provide these individuals training and resources to maximize outreach in their neighborhoods areas.
I will also partner with neighboring GOP Congressional District Committees to combine resources and support ALL candidates running in Northern VA. For 2024, we will create a Republican team to run for Congressional Districts 8, 10 and 11.
I propose to establish a permanent presence for the university and college Republican students in the present FCRC headquarters. They will have an area where they can meet without being set upon by radical leftists with the tacit approval of the 'woke' GMU administration. I will also tap their innate mastery of social media to start "Radio Free Fairfax" a streaming podcast from our HQ in Fairfax City.
I will expand the membership and create fund raising events which will allow each district to support their candidates directly.
Why do we have political parties?
Why do we have political parties?
If your answer is to get members of our party elected, then the Fairfax County Republican Committee needs profound change. Out of fifty-five seats voted upon last year, only one Republican won his election.
If your answer is to promote our common core beliefs, then again, profound change is required in the leadership of the FCRC. Two years ago, a firestorm erupted in the Loudoun County School system. It went viral and grew nationwide. It got our Republican governor elected over the Democrat odds on favorite, Terry McAuliff. And yet in last November’s election, NOT ONE Republican nor any independent conservative won a seat on the Fairfax County School Board. In two short years, the FCRC managed to snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory and squander the strongest political groundswell we’ve seen in recent history.
If your answer is to prevent the radical leftist, woke, tax and spend liberal political agenda of the current regime in Fairfax County, then the FCRC has been absent from the field of battle. They say all politics is local.
The FCRC is adrift. Indecision, inaction and inability to lead on major issues have rendered it the perfect target for the Democrats. They have so diminished the brand that very good conservative candidates choose to run as independents rather than be labelled Republican.
To address all of these issues, I am compelled to throw my hat in the ring for election as chairman of the FCRC.
Invited to speak to the Liberty Republican Women's Club. Great crowd! Thoroughly energized by my fellow Republican Candidates.
Ahmed's Campaign Kickoff
I had the honor of addressing the campaign kickoff of my good friend and fellow candidate Ahmed Hussein. My theme of 'Keeping America's Promise' continues to resonate across a wide and diverse audience.
